Network staff can provide technical assistance to help you with the following:
- Identifying providers for patients seeking ESRD services (including transient patients)
- Planning for emergencies, including natural and man made disasters
- Professional and patient education programs
- Assessing the functional status of patients
- Timely patient assessments and appropriate referrals for kidney transplant
- Vocational rehabilitation information for patients and social workers
- Facility specific quality improvement programs
- Resolving conflict situations between patients and providers
- Understanding the Conditions of Participation and their Interpretive Guidelines (The Network provides information packets to new providers.)
