Timely patient assessments and appropriate referrals for kidney transplant
Vocational rehabilitation information for patients and social workers
Facility specific quality improvement programs
Resolving conflict situations between patients and providers
Understanding the Conditions of Participation and their Interpretive Guidelines (The Network provides information packets to new providers.)
