IPRO and the IPRO ESRD Network of New York invite you to attend a dinner conference dedicated to improving the quality of life for 22,000 New Yorkers with ESRD.

Program Goal

To educate nephrologists and surgeons in improving patient outcomes related to access placement.

Objectives

Upon completion of this conference, the participant will be able to:

* Discuss how the Fistula First initiative benefits patient outcomes.
* Develop effective treatment strategies for improving fistula rates.
* Recognize barriers that impede fistula placement and use.
* Foster collaboration between nephrologist and surgeon.
