• The New York Mets will rebate a portion of each ticket purchased, through the Mets Group Ticket Window, back to the National Kidney Foundation.
• Sit together with family, friends and co-workers in support of Kidney Disease Awareness.
• The first 25,000 adults 13 & over will receive a Mets seat cushion.
• All persons ordering in advance, through the Group Ticket Window for this event, will receive a Commemorative Citi Field Groundbreaking Key Chain
