Board and Committee Members

The IPRO Board of Directors, ESRD Divisional Board, Medical Review Board, Network Council, and committees support and facilitate Network operations. The roles and purpose of these groups are periodically reassessed to ensure that they continue to meet current needs. Board and committee members include representatives from dialysis and transplant facilities, as well as other strategic organizations in each Network service area. Confidentiality

Matters involving confidential commercial, financial or proprietary information, data or work products must be held in confidence and may not be disclosed outside the ESRD Board and/or Committee meetings.

In the event that the ESRD Board and/or Committee discussions ever include Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII), such information must be protected and may only be used or disclosed outside the ESRD Board and/or Committee meeting in accordance with applicable federal/state laws, regulation and IPRO ESRD Policy.

Conflict of Interest

ESRD Board and/or Committee members may not debate or vote on any matters from which he/she may either directly or indirectly derive professional or financial gain/loss.
