North Carolina: Winter Weather Advisory – January 21, 2025

A Winter Weather Advisory is now in effect for much of North Carolina today, January 10, 2025. Snow and sleet accumulations of up to 1 inch are expected in central areas, including Raleigh and Charlotte, with higher amounts possible in some locations. Icy road conditions are developing in parts of the state, making travel hazardous. Those who must travel should exercise caution and check for closures using the DriveNC Road Closure Map.
