In western Kentucky, counties such as Daviess, Henderson, McLean, and Union are at significant risk, with forecasts predicting up to 15 inches of rain in some areas. In central Kentucky, areas including Owensboro, Bowling Green, and Elizabethtown are also facing days of heavy rain, strong winds, and a chance for tornadoes, flooding, and hail.
