North Carolina: Winter Storm Warning – February 19, 2025

The Governer of North Carolina has declared a state of emergency today, February 19, 2025, as a significant winter storm is anticipated. The storm is expected to bring snow, sleet, and freezing rain, leading to hazardous travel conditions and potential power outages. While all regions should prepare, the mountains and northern parts of central and eastern North Carolina are likely to experience the most significant snowfall. Central and eastern areas may also see impactful ice accumulations.
