The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Watch for parts of Georgia today, including but not limited to: Carroll, Coweta and Fayette counties due to the potential for strong to severe thunderstorms. These storms may produce tornadoes, damaging wind gusts over 60 mph, and large hail. Weather conditions can change rapidly, and Tornado Warnings may be issued with little or no notice. Please stay alert and be prepared to take shelter, if needed.
