Hurricane Debby is forecasted to bring catastrophic rain and flooding to the Low Country region of South Carolina beginning today, August 5, 2024. Rain is expected to continue through Wednesday, August 7, 2024. A storm surge warning is in effect for the entire coastline of South Carolina.
