Georgia: Extreme Weather Warning – November 20, 2023

A Wind Advisory will go into effect this evening, November 20, 2023, north of the I-85 corridor, as a strong low-pressure system will bring gusty winds to North Georgia. Widespread showers and thunderstorms should be expected through out tomorrow, November 21, 2023. Damaging wind gusts may also occur, with the potential to cause power outages and tornadoes statewide, particularly in southwest Georgia as the storm shifts.
